Every project begins with a complimentary design visit, where we view your garden in person and discuss your ideas, needs, and style. During this visit, we’ll assess the space, explore design possibilities, and talk through materials, planting, and practical considerations such as privacy, access, and lifestyle use. This is the first step in bringing your vision to life.

Once your design is agreed, we prepare a comprehensive Project Plan, which includes your garden design, detailed quotation, payment schedule, project timeline, and our full terms and conditions. This document ensures everything is transparent and agreed in advance outlining what’s included, key stages, and what to expect throughout your project.

We coordinate all deliveries of materials, plants, and equipment in line with your project schedule. Our team carefully manages timings to minimise disruption and maintain progress on site. We take great care to protect your property during deliveries and throughout the build process.

Once your garden build is complete, we invite you to review the work alongside us. This is your opportunity to walk through the finished space, discuss any final details, and ensure you’re fully satisfied with every element before formal sign-off.

In the unlikely event of a concern, we ask that you contact us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly and professionally. We’ll review the matter thoroughly, communicate clearly throughout, and take any necessary steps to put things right.

Following the site visit, we take time to understand your goals in more detail. This consultation period allows us to refine the brief, discuss design concepts, and ensure the proposed approach reflects your vision and budget. We encourage open communication at this stage so that every element of your design feels right before moving forward.

When the Project Plan has been reviewed and signed off, we confirm your booking and secure your start date in our schedule. At this stage, your deposit is paid, materials are ordered, and the project timeline is finalised. Clear communication and forward planning ensure everything runs smoothly from the very beginning.

Payments are structured in agreed stages, set out clearly in your Project Plan. This may include an initial deposit to secure your booking, interim payments at key milestones, and a final balance upon completion. We operate a transparent and fair policy to ensure confidence and clarity for every client.

Attention to detail is at the heart of what we do. If any minor adjustments are required, we’ll address them promptly during the snagging phase to ensure your garden meets our exacting standards. Only when every detail is perfect do we consider the project complete.
